Serdar Korucu, Journalist

Serdar Korucu is a news editor at CNN Turk, a Turkish media outlet, based in Istanbul. After having a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at Istanbul University, Korucu has been working as a journalist and editor in various newspapers and TV channels. He has also served as a scriptwriter and editor to several documentary projects. In addition, he has been writing articles and conducting interviews regarding the minority question, antisemitism, and hate speech in Turkey. Lastly, he has eight published books mostly in the topics of the Istanbul Pogrom in 1955, Syrian refugees in Turkey, and the Armenian question.
